Bring a jacket as it is very cold

Charles was excellent, very attentive, service with a smile. The pancakes and eggs were delicious. If you want to relax before exploring Austin, start here. A high end dining experience without the luxury tax.

Wasn't worth the money. Food was so, so. Service was slow. Even we were the only ones in there and it took way too long to wrangle up burgers and sandwiches. Taps are limited. Atmosphere is nice. Maybe if they had more people in there the service would have been all around better. At least it was quiet.

Ruben is an outstanding bartender—friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. Every drink is made to perfection, and he creates a great atmosphere. The bar has an awesome vibe, and the food is just as impressive. Highly recommend! S

A Mixed Experience with Exceptional Service I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful overall experience, though my time at the on-site restaurant was a bit of a rollercoaster. The Food If you’re stopping in for a bite, I would definitely recommend the loaded nachos—they were a highlight! However, I’d suggest skipping the mahi-mahi tacos, as they didn't quite hit the mark for me. They were fried hard and not grilled. The Standout Staff What really made my visit special was the incredible service from the restaurant staff. AdaMarisa (aka Ms. Ada) was fantastic. She was so polite and attentive; I truly appreciated her waiting on me every morning. She made the start of my day much brighter. The young night bartender with the Afro was also pretty awesome and added a great energy to the atmosphere. A Note for Management I did have one concern during my visit. On three separate occasions, I witnessed an individual who appeared to be the restaurant manager being quite rude to Ada. It was disappointing to see such a hardworking and professional team member treated that way. I decided to share this here rather than confronting him directly, as I feel it's important to highlight how much I valued Ada’s kindness and professionalism in spite of that dynamic. The Hotel Stay A huge shout-out to the rest of the hotel staff as well! Everyone was polite and welcoming, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel itself was great, and I definitely plan to stay here again the next time I’m in Austin.
