& Juliet is a contemporary jukebox musical that reimagines Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet by asking what happens if Juliet chooses her own path. The show uses a high-energy pop score built around songs by hitmaker Max Martin and pairs modern choreography with a feminist, feel-good retelling of the classic tale. This touring production plays at Austin’s Bass Concert Hall, a large, state-of-the-art theatre that regularly hosts full-scale musicals and national tours.
